Shipping is included in the price for mainland France.

However, because of the cost of international transport, we cannot cover the shipping costs for other countries in their entirety.

Please be aware nonetheless that we invoice for these charges below their real cost. 

For other European countries, we propose a flat rate: €6 per delivery + €6 per item ordered.

Even though shipping costs often represent a non-negligible portion of orders completed via internet, we have decided to offer you prices below the real shipping costs.

You  might ask why?

The reason is simple:  we do not have a physical location where you can come and buy our products.  Therefore, we do not have the costs that are typically associated with running a shop and so we can pass on these savings to you via the shipping costs of our products.

For delivery, we prefer to use the French Postal service with Colissimo registered packages (the packages are handed over upon signature).  This system is reliable and fast.

The risks associated with transportation are covered provided that the buyer verifies the products on receipt  and makes any reservations, if there are any, known to the shipping company within 48 hours even if the package is delivered free of charge.
